Registration Pricing & Terms
* Loyalty Rate: Available to Association Executives who have attended a previous digitalNow Conference.
** Team Conference Rate: For registrations of volunteer leaders and/or staff persons attending with their CEO, Executive Director, President, and/or Executive Vice President. The CEO/Executive Director/President/Exectutive VP does not qualify for the discount and must attend in order for the discount to apply to the "Team" members. This discount cannot be combined with other conference discounts. Each team member will need to register separately.
Each speaker/presenter will need to pre-register and submit a presentation proposal. Upon acceptance of the proposal, the speaker will be asked to sign a speaker agreement, which will include speaker remuneration, if any. Upon agreement, speakers may complete their registration; costs will be automatically assessed and payment made at that time. In the event that a speaker proposal is not accepted, the speaker may complete their registration as a non-presenting attendee provided they meet the eligibility requirements for attendance.
Credit card is the preferred method of payment. Your payment information will only be used by Fusion Productions to process your conference registration fee. You will receive an email confirmation and receipt to reflect the transaction.
Registrations for digitalNow are reviewed for approval. digitalNow registration is open to Executives of Associations (C-level officers/executives, President, Executive Director, and Vice President) and their senior and volunteer leadership. If it is determined at any time that you do not meet this criteria, then your approval to attend may be revoked. digitalNow and Loews Royal Pacific Resort are not liable to reimburse or satisfy any reservation or expenses connected to an inaccurate registration. When you register for digitalNow, you will be automatically added to our conference mailing list so that we may keep you informed on important developments. You may unsubscribe from this list at any time.
digitalNow requires the full conference registration amount to be paid prior to the event. digitalNow reserves the right to deny registration from any registrant who has not paid. Registrations can only be confirmed to paid registrants on space available basis, first-come, first-served.
Changes to Conference Registration
Changes to a conference registration, including substitutions/name changes can be directed to the digitalNow registrar at 585-872-1900. Changes may incur a credit or debit to the credit card that was used in the initial registration. Depending on the type of change, some registrations may need to be cancelled and re-entered to reflect the corrected information.
NOTE: Conference registration changes may also require you to contact the Loews Royal Pacific Resort to change your room reservation.
Conference Registration Cancellations/Substitutions and Name Changes
Conference cancellations must be received in writing by March 31, 2017 via email to email@example.com. A $75 administrative fee will be assessed. Cancellations after March 31, 2017 will not qualify for a refund (no exceptions). We regret that refunds will not be issued after this date. Registrations may be transferred in the event of a cancellation. Transfers are subject to approval from digitalNow. If you plan on sending a substitution in your place, the substitution must be from the same organization. Please notify digitalNow of any substitutions as soon as possible. In the event of a conference cancellation, digitalNow is not liable for transportation, hotel, or other costs incurred by registrants.
NOTE: Conference registration cancellations and/or substitutions may also require you to contact the Loews Royal Pacific Resort to change your room reservation. The digitalNow registration fee does not include the cost of lodging. Please visit our Venue page to learn more about making your room reservation and to read terms and conditions regarding lodging.
digitalNow reserves the right to change the conference/workshop content, timing, speakers or venue without notice. The event may be postponed or cancelled due to acts of terrorism, war, extreme weather conditions, industrial action, less than expected delegates or any event beyond the control of digitalNow. If such a situation arises, digitalNow will endeavor to reschedule the event; however, digitalNow cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage or expenses which may be incurred by the registrant as a consequence of the event being postponed or cancelled. Some registrants consider travel insurance to cover the cost of the registration, travel and expenses for these types of situations. digitalNow is not responsible for any registrant’s personal injury (i.e., physical, psychological, or emotional stress) or property damages while attending a digitalNow conference or event. Conference registrant assumes all risks inherent in attending a digitalNow conference for which the registration covers, whether before, during or after the conference.
digitalNow eligibility requirements
digitalNow registration is exclusively open to C-suite leaders of Trade, Professional, and Not-for-Profit Associations, their senior leadership teams and volunteer leaders. Eligible titles include CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, President, Vice President, Board Chair, Executive Director, etc. When one eligible individual from a qualifying organization has registered, members of the senior team from that same organization become eligible as well. This includes Directors of Membership, Communication, IT, etc. Please note, this eligibility only occurs once the C-Level leader has registered and payment has been made.
