Resource Center Partners are the lifeblood of digitalNow - we truly could not do it without you!
We realize that there's a lot to know, remember, and do for your participation, so we've put a few things together on this page to help you keep track.
First of all, if you haven't read the 2017 Resource Center Partner manual, you may download it here. It contains everything you need, including shipping instructions and labels.
As soon as you have registered as a Resource Center Partner, and have made your payment, please send us:
As part of the registration process, you were asked to include your bio and a photo. This is a key part of helping you to build relationships at digitalNow, so please don't overlook this. Your bio and photo will go into our attendee directory, and into our exclusive Resource Center Partner directory on our mobile app.
Mark your calendars!
All Resource Center Partners are to report to the Pacifica Ballroom at 6:00 pm on Monday, May 8th, for a pre-event briefing. Contact Jim Pringle at (585) 750-3998 for questions on-site.
For Resource Center Partner presenters
If you have submitted a proposal to present a workshop and your session has been accepted and you have completed payment, here are the additional items we need from you:
As soon as all of your materials are in, you will find the date, time, and room for your session on our agenda.
Using the digitalNow presentation template isn't required, but it does lend design integrity across workshops, and it saves you the trouble of having to put something together. If you 'd like to use the official digitalNow 2017 template, you may download it here.
If you are using slides or handouts as part of your session, please provide a copy in PDF format as soon as possible. This will be added to your session listing on the live agenda and mobile app.
Note: We will not be storing or loading your session materials on site. You will still need to bring your native files with you, and supply your own laptop.
In addition to slides, you may include handouts, charts, etc. Please put everything into one PDF file and send your PDF materials to Julie McKown . If you need assistance, you may call Julie directly at 585-545-6058.
Be sure to use this naming convention when you save your PDF files:"sessiontitle-yourlastname" (ie: How-to-give-a-great-presentation-Carnegie.pdf)
