COVID Policies

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all digitalNow guests. Below, please find our policies for how we will are adapting to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

For in-person attendees, including sponsors and speakers

Negative COVID test required: All attendees, including Sidecar staff, sponsors and speakers, will be required to test negative for the coronavirus within 72 hours of completing event check-in on site.

digitalNow will use a third-party, Vow Digital Health app for this verification. This platform will allow us to verify a negative test for all digitalNow attendees, sponsors, speakers and Sidecar staff.

Waiver: All attendees will also be asked to sign a waiver acknowledging the inherent risks associated with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. That waiver is available to all participants upon registration, emailed to all registrants upon registration and it can also be viewed and signed by clicking here.

Local COVID testing sites: These facilities offer rapid testing within a short distance of the Grand Hyatt:

If you can not get COVID tested, or if you test positive: Registration for digitalNow in-person is nonrefundable. If you test positive for COVID within 72 hours of your intended arrival date or begin to feel sick after arriving in Nashville, do not complete the in-person check-in process, and instead please join our virtual experience. All in-person registrants can join the virtual experience using the same app login at any time. Login information will have been emailed to you individually.

All attendees are also asked to share with Sidecar staff if they test positive for  COVID-19 up to 10 days after leaving the event. You may do so by emailing Ashley Neal at Ashley@SidecarGlobal.com. You can also call her at 504-233-0808.

Sidecar is monitoring all health protocols: As the COVID pandemic is an ongoing event requiring consistent monitoring, additional precautions, including but not limited to temperature checks, masking and health questionnaires, may be enforced. Additional measures will be communicated to attendees, speakers, sponsors, and vendors as soon as possible.

Should digitalNow be forced to cancel its in-person event in Nashville because it is illegal or impossible to hold, all attendees will be welcome to join us virtually, and we will be in touch with attendees regarding partial and/or full refunds at that time.

All attendees should know we take the coronavirus very seriously and are monitoring local and state updates. For the latest data on the coronavirus’ impacts on Nashville, we are also monitoring The New York Times’ data for Davidson County, Tenn.
