COVID Policies

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all digitalNow guests. Below, please find our policies for how we will are adapting to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

For attendees

All digitalNow attendees, including members of the public who purchase tickets, sponsors and speakers, will be asked to show proof of full vaccination upon arrival in Nashville. If an attendee can not or will not show proof of vaccination, we invite you to join us virtually. A person is considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after the second dose of a two-dose series, or two weeks after a single dose of a one-dose vaccine.

digitalNow will use a third-party vendor to confirm vaccination status of all attendees, sponsors, speakers and Sidecar staff who will be on-site in Nashville. While we are still finalizing details as to the platform we will use for this vaccination confirmation, all registrants can expect communication via email with further instructions and details within the coming days.

All attendees will also be asked to sign a waiver acknowledging the inherent risks associated with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. That waiver will be emailed to all participants, and it can also be viewed and signed by clicking here.

If you registered prior to Aug. 9, 2021 for in-person attendance at digitalNow in Nashville and do not wish to or cannot provide proof of vaccination, please contact us at so we can provide you with a refund.

Should digitalNow be forced to cancel its in-person event in Nashville because it is illegal or impossible to hold, all attendees will be welcome to join us virtually, and we will be in touch with attendees regarding partial and/or full refunds at that time.

As the COVID pandemic is an ongoing event requiring consistent monitoring, additional precautions, including but not limited to temperature checks, masking and health questionnaires, may be enforced. Additional measures will be communicated to attendees, speakers, sponsors, and vendors as soon as possible.

For vendors

This includes individuals who work for organizations with whom we contract to service the event on-site in Nashville.

digitalNow will defer to vendor organizations to mandate and enforce proof of vaccination for their employees. If vendor organizations do not enforce proof of vaccination, then all those vendor staff members will be asked to wear a mask for the duration of their attendance at digitalNow.

For sponsors

This includes paying sponsors who send attendees to digitalNow event in Nashville in December.

All digitalNow attendees will be asked to show proof of full vaccination upon arrival in Nashville, including sponsors and speakers.

In the event it becomes illegal or impossible to hold the conference in-person, then digitalNow will transition to an all-virtual format, and all digitalNow sponsors and partners will be offered sponsorship of the virtual event. In addition, all sponsors will receive a credit equal to 50% of their previously-purchased digitalNow sponsorship to be used on Sidecar sponsor or partner activities in 2022. These opportunities, which will be offered solely at Sidecar’s discretion, may include digitalNow 2022, SURGE 2022, newsletter advertisements, group Sidecar memberships, etc.

No refunds will be offered for digitalNow sponsorships agreed to after Aug. 5, 2021.
